Usage limits during the public beta
During the public beta each account has these limits:
| Limit | Details |
|---|---|
| Agents | At most 5 (counting agents that have not been deleted) |
| AI calls | 300 per day for AI actions on the web (150 for accounts less than 7 days old), reset at 00:00 UTC (08:00 Beijing time); Agent runs don’t count |
| Run frequency | Watching and paper-funds agents run at most once every 10 minutes, even if the strategy says more often |
| Real funds | No per-user amount cap |
What counts as an AI call: checking a strategy, chat, dry runs and pool-pick previews count once each. The AI decision rounds of Watch-mode / paper-funds agents don’t count toward the 300; they only count toward the platform’s daily AI capacity. Decisions of real-funds agents and inline autocomplete while typing a prompt count toward neither. At 80% usage the New Agent page shows “You’ve used N / 300 AI calls today. …”.
When they run out:
- Checking a strategy, dry runs, and similar actions show “You’ve used today’s AI quota (300 per day, resets at 00:00 UTC). …”;
- Watching and paper-funds agents are unaffected and keep running.
When the platform’s AI capacity runs out (not related to how much you used; resets at 00:00 UTC): checking a strategy and similar actions show “The platform’s AI capacity is used up for today. …”; watching and paper-funds agents skip their AI rounds (no scanning, no new positions); stop-loss and exits on paper positions do not need the AI and keep running; real-funds agents are unaffected.
At the agent limit: the New Agent page shows a notice at the top. You can keep writing and checking the prompt, but creating is refused (“You can keep up to 5 Agents: delete one you no longer use before creating another”). Delete an agent you no longer use first; see Deleting an agent is refused.
Signing in
The registration transaction fails
The first sign-in with a wallet confirms a registration transaction that pays about 0.0015 SOL of account rent plus a network fee. If it fails or your wallet refuses it:
- Make sure the wallet holds a little SOL (0.01 SOL is plenty).
- If the dialog says nothing was sent, click Register on Solana again. If you closed the page after sending, sign in again with the same wallet: an existing registration is picked up and never charged twice.
- “This invite has no registered wallet, or is your own invite. Ask the inviter to register first.”: the code doesn’t belong to a registered account. Ask the inviter to click Register on Solana on their Referral rewards page, or clear the code. A referrer can’t be added after registration.
“isn’t linked to the account you’re signed in to”
The wallet connected in your browser belongs to a different account (or none). Choose Sign in with this wallet to switch to its account, sign to bind it to the account you’re in, or Disconnect. See Which account you land in.
Telegram sign-in doesn’t find my account
Telegram only signs in to an account that has linked it under Settings → Sign-in methods; connecting Telegram notifications isn’t enough, and Telegram can’t create an account. Sign in with your wallet and link Telegram first.
Creating an agent
The Next button is grayed out
When Next at step 2 of New Agent (Rules) isn’t available, the text below the button or the elements panel says what is blocking it:
| Message | Cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| “Write your strategy prompt first” / “Click Check strategy first” | The prompt hasn’t been checked yet | Write the prompt, then click Check strategy |
| “Required elements: …. The Agent can’t be created while any of them is missing.” | Pool universe, range and shape, funds, or stop loss and exit isn’t covered | Click Add: … under that element to add the example to your prompt, rewrite it in your own words, then Check again |
| “The prompt has changed. Check it again before creating.” | You edited the prompt after the check | Click Check again |
| Reading your prompt… / Saving… | The check or saving hasn’t finished | Wait for it to finish |
| “You already have 5 Agents, and each account can have up to 5 during the beta. …” | During the public beta each account can have at most 5 agents | Delete an agent you don’t use first |
The check misread what I meant
Each item in the elements panel comes with the matching words from your prompt; click them to locate the sentence on the left. If something was misread, edit that sentence in the prompt directly, make it more specific (numbers, ranges, conditions), then Check again.
Values in General settings (check frequency, slippage, swap back, retries, daily action limit, Telegram alerts) that you changed in the panel are not overridden by the prompt. If you want the prompt to decide, don’t change them in the panel.
See your positions
Positions in my wallet don’t show up
- Has the wallet been proven by signature? Under Settings → My wallets it should say Bound by signature. A wallet that’s only connected, not signed, isn’t scanned.
- Wait 5 minutes: proven wallets are scanned every 5 minutes.
- If the same wallet is also bound to another Alokumi account (for example one you created by signing in with this wallet), it isn’t imported, so one position doesn’t alert two people; the page says so. Remove it from the other account.
PnL says “Entry cost unknown”
Meteora has no deposit history for this position (for example one opened long ago), so Alokumi doesn’t know what you put in and shows no PnL instead of a made-up one. Click Entry cost unknown · enter and enter what you deposited. See Read your positions and PnL.
PnL differs from meteora.ag
The basis is the same (current value + unclaimed fees + claimed fees − deposits and withdrawals). Differences usually come from reading prices at different moments; the page shows when it last valued the position. In SOL, the two sides may also convert differently; see Read your positions and PnL.
Watch mode
Never any opportunities
Open Overview on the agent page and look at the funnel and the notes below it under Last scan on the right:
| What the notes say | Cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| “All matching pools were already sent in the last 12 hours” | Only those few candidates exist, and the same pool is not pushed again within 12 hours | Wait, or loosen the conditions |
| The agent’s reasoning (for example, no pool meets a certain condition) | After querying, the agent decided there was no suitable pool this round | If the reasoning makes sense, wait; if not, make the prompt more explicit |
| “Meteora data is temporarily unavailable: …” | The market data source errored temporarily | Retries automatically next round; no other source is substituted |
| AI temporarily unavailable | The model is missing, timed out, or errored | No opportunity card this round, and it does not fall back to taking the top-ranked pool; retries automatically next round |
| Today’s AI calls are used up | During the public beta each account has 300 AI calls per day | Continues automatically after the reset at 00:00 UTC; see Usage limits |
| A funnel step is marked Bottleneck | That step eliminated most pools | Click Adjust thresholds or open Dry run to see what happens if you loosen it; see What it would do |
The opportunity card expired
An opportunity card is valid for 3 times the check interval, with a minimum of 60 minutes and a maximum of 6 hours. For a longer window, lower the check frequency; to get alerts sooner, raise the check frequency and connect Telegram.
Execution
Stuck on Awaiting deposit
A real-funds agent shows Awaiting deposit until its Vault holds funds. In the Funds tab, check in order:
- Whether a Vault has been created. If not, create one following the steps in Use real funds.
- Whether the Vault shows Verifying on-chain. Verification usually completes within half a minute; funds deposited before it completes are not recognized.
- Whether the deposit transaction was signed in your wallet and confirmed. Vault balances is read live from the chain. If the balance shows up but the status hasn’t changed, wait another minute or two; the status only updates at the next on-chain observation.
Funds arrived, but stuck on Starting
Starting means the system has seen the balance and is checking it against risk controls; the agent usually starts automatically within 1 minute. If it stays here for a long time:
- Below the minimum to start: the Vault needs at least 300 USDC, 300 USDT or 3 SOL of one token the strategy can use (after the 0.1% deposit fee); different tokens don’t add up. Deposit more of one token.
- The Vault holds a token the strategy can’t use: for example only SOL while the strategy trades USDC pools and Swap between SOL and USDC is off. Deposit that token, or turn the setting on; see Which token to deposit.
- The platform’s transaction reconciliation service is unhealthy: in this case activation is paused for all real-funds agents, and it resumes automatically once the platform recovers. You don’t need to do anything.
Running, but never opens a position
Check in order:
- Whether the agent is running: no new positions are opened when it is paused, Closing, the account is under emergency stop, or you paused the Vault.
- Whether the quota is used up: the top of the page shows “N opens in the past 24 hours …” or “N actions in the past 24 hours …”, with the time opening resumes. The daily action limit is in the strategy’s General settings. For a paper-funds agent, also check whether the platform’s AI capacity is used up for today; see Usage limits.
- Whether an action is in manual review: when the top of the page or the activity feed shows “An on-chain action needs a manual review”, no new positions are opened until the review is complete; other positions are managed as usual (including stop-loss). See Security.
- Whether semi-auto is waiting for your confirmation (only for agents already running in semi-auto): open requests need your confirmation on the web or in Telegram. Pools you rejected are not proposed again for 2 hours; pools whose request expired, for 30 minutes.
- Whether the agent chose to do nothing: the activity feed records its reasoning.
- Whether it failed before opening: switch the activity feed to Issues only. Common cases:
- “The Vault doesn’t have enough SOL to cover both this position and its account rent …”: deposit some SOL into the Vault; see the rent reserve in Use real funds;
- “Before opening, part of the wallet’s tokens must be swapped to fund the other side; this time no usable swap route was found”: a two-sided position is missing one token, and no direct swap route was found. The next round searches again, or you can deposit the other token yourself;
- The safety check failed: the pool’s liquidity or activity is insufficient, or an independent USD price for the token is temporarily unavailable. A pool visible in watch mode can still be blocked by this check during execution;
- “The platform’s execution wallet (keeper) is low on fee balance. …”: resumes automatically once the platform tops it up.
- Whether the same pool keeps failing: if opening a position in the same pool fails consecutively more times than Max retries on failed open, that pool isn’t chosen again for 24 hours.
When the top of the agent page shows “The last round didn’t complete: …. It will retry automatically.”, common causes are data-source rate limiting, timeouts, or a node refusing the query. It usually recovers on its own.
The position size is smaller than expected
The open event states the actual amount deployed and why, for example “Planned $200 per position; deployed 50% based on available funds and limits”. Less is deployed when available funds aren’t enough, or when the safety check allows only part of the limit. For prompt agents, the per-position amount is allocated by the agent within the total budget, following your own words.
Why hasn’t it exited after crossing the stop-loss?
- Stop-loss is judged on the position’s valuation. When the valuation is temporarily unavailable, it waits until the next valuation arrives to judge; it does not exit just because data is missing.
- If your prompt doesn’t specify a stop-loss, the backstop stop-loss (30% loss by default) applies, not the line you had in mind. To use your own line, click Edit prompt on the Strategy tab, write it in, check again, and save.
- The actual fill price on exit may be worse than the trigger price.
A semi-auto confirmation request expired
The confirmation card has a countdown. When time runs out it is dropped automatically and not executed: 10 minutes for open requests, 5 minutes for other management actions. Protective exits such as stop-loss, an unsafe token, or a close you requested don’t wait for confirmation.
Switching mode failed
While there are positions, you cannot switch between paper funds and real funds, or switch back to watch. First use Close all positions under More, wait for the agent to pause automatically, then switch. Execution cannot be turned on while the account is under emergency stop.
Funds and wallets
No Solana wallet detected
- Computer: install a wallet extension that supports Wallet Standard (the page links to Phantom, Solflare, and Backpack), then refresh the page.
- Phone: mobile browsers have no wallet extensions. Use Open in Phantom or Open in Solflare on the page to open it in the wallet app’s built-in browser.
The page asks you to switch wallets
Depositing, withdrawing, and pausing the Vault all require a signature from the Vault’s owner wallet. When a different wallet is connected, the page states which address to use. Switch to that account in your wallet extension, or click Switch wallet.
Errors when creating a Vault
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| “Bind this wallet first (sign a message to prove it’s yours)” | Click Sign to bind to account; if the wallet doesn’t support message signing, use a wallet that does |
| “This Agent has no live-funds authorization yet, so it can’t create a Vault” | First turn on real funds under Switch mode |
| “This Vault already exists on-chain. Refresh to continue” | Refresh the page |
Messages before and after signing
- “Data is over 60 seconds old. Click “Refresh”.“: transactions are built from on-chain state, and after 60 seconds they must be rebuilt before signing.
- “Simulation failed: …” or “Not enough USDC in your wallet”: this transaction can’t execute against the current on-chain state; adjust the amount as the message suggests.
- “This transaction doesn’t match this Vault action (on-chain state may have just changed; please regenerate it)”: state such as balances changed while you were signing; close the dialog and start again.
- If you close the dialog after the transaction was sent but before it is confirmed, the transaction is not canceled; the Vault balance refreshes a few seconds later.
Withdraw is grayed out
There are no withdrawable tokens in the Vault. Funds in positions don’t count toward the Vault balance; first use Close all positions, or use Exit positions yourself to bring the positions back into the Vault.
Deleting an agent is refused
More → Delete Agent asks you to confirm once more, and deletion cannot be undone. Deletion is refused when:
- There are still positions: use Close all positions first and wait for the agent to pause automatically;
- A withdrawal is being processed: wait for it to finish;
- There is any balance left in the funding address or Vault (including non-quote tokens left after closing positions): withdraw everything in the Funds tab;
- The balance could not be confirmed empty within the last 10 minutes (for example right after a deposit or withdrawal that has not been observed yet): try again later.
Watching and paper-funds agents have no on-chain funds and can be deleted directly once they have no positions.
Telegram
Can’t connect
In Settings → Telegram, click Connect Telegram. This opens the official bot; tap Start in Telegram and you’re done. This page changes to Connected automatically.
- If it doesn’t open automatically: click Open Telegram to connect, or use Copy link and open it in Telegram on your phone. The link is valid for 10 minutes; generate a new one after it expires.
- If it shows Pending: check the Telegram account shown on the web page and click Confirm.
- If it shows “Telegram notifications aren’t available yet: …”: the operator hasn’t configured the bot yet.
Connected, but no alerts arrive
- In Settings → Telegram, check whether the four alert types (New opportunities, Opens and exits, Issues and risks, Daily summary) are on, and click Send a test.
- Check whether Telegram alerts is on in the General settings of this agent’s strategy; when it’s off, alerts appear only on the web.
- Semi-auto confirmation cards are not affected by the alert toggles and are always sent.
Data
Why does it show “—”?
The data is temporarily unavailable, for example because a price source is down or the on-chain balance hasn’t been observed yet. The system never fills in 0 or a guessed value; it updates automatically once the data arrives. If any item in a total is unavailable, the total also shows “—”. See Read your positions and PnL.
Next check says Checking soon
The time for the previous round’s check has passed, or the next round’s time can’t be read for the moment. Decisions check every minute for anything that is due, so it usually runs within a minute.
