Both start on paper funds, so you see what they would do before you commit a cent. There's also a free starting point: connect a wallet to see your own positions. - **Strategy Agent** — Official risk levels, or your own playbook in plain words. See what it would do on paper funds, then use real funds when you're satisfied; watch-only or fully automatic. - **Copy Agent** — Pick a wallet with a strong track record (the leader) from the leaderboard, and the Agent mirrors its positions: when they open, we open; when they exit, we exit. Starts on paper funds. - **See your positions (free)** — Connect a wallet to see every Meteora position in one table, with out-of-range alerts and one-click actions. No deposit needed. Only Meteora DLMM on Solana is supported; other chains and DEXs aren't. The Vault program has not been externally audited — read [Security & risk](/security) before you start. ## Where to start Signing up is connecting a Solana wallet: sign one message, then confirm a one-time registration transaction (see [Sign-in and notifications](/account)). After that, the first screen asks two questions: **Run an Agent on rules, or copy a wallet?** (**Run on rules** / **Copy a wallet**) and **Start with paper funds?** (**Paper funds first** / **Real funds right away**). Home puts the matching next step first. You can change both answers any time in **Settings** (**How you want to start**). | You want to | Start here | Deposit needed? | |---|---|---| | Use an official set of rules instead of writing your own | [Start with an official level](/start-official) | No, paper funds first | | Write down your own playbook and hand it to an Agent | [Write your own rules](/getting-started) | No, paper funds first | | Automatically copy a wallet with a strong track record | [Copy Agent](/copy-agent) (paper funds; real funds are open to some accounts only) | No | | First see who does well on Meteora | [The smart-money leaderboard](/start-smart-money) | No | | See the Meteora positions you already have | [See your positions with your wallet](/start-wallet) | No | ## Two Agents, plus a free starting point ### Strategy Agent [What rules can express](/writing-strategies): write your playbook in your own words; we read it back as hard limits and tell you what can't be enforced. [What it would do](/test-run): before anything runs, see what it would open right now and how the last 14 days would have gone. [Running an Agent](/execution) · [Use real funds](/funds) · [Fees](/fees): paper funds are free; real funds sit in your own on-chain Vault, and only your wallet can withdraw. ### Copy Agent [How the leaderboard works](/smart-money): rebuilt weekly, only wallets that actually made money; it flags whether the Agent can copy each wallet, and why. [Copy Agent](/copy-agent): pick a leader and the Agent mirrors their positions automatically — when they open, we open; when they exit, we exit. How to choose, how to set caps, how to read the ledger, and when it stops. [Copying a position](/tracking): open the same pool and range as one of their open positions with your own wallet. That one is a single transaction you sign yourself; it never copies automatically. ### See your positions (free starting point) [Read your positions and PnL](/reading-data): every position in one table, tagged by source (opened by an Agent, in your wallet, copied from smart money). PnL is computed from Meteora's per-position deposits and withdrawals; entry price, current price and claimable fees sit on the same row. [Alerts and To do](/discovery): we alert you when a position leaves its range, hits a stop line or has fees ready to claim. The **To do** list on Home and Telegram are the same list. [One-click actions and signing](/one-click-actions): exit, claim fees, reset the range. The server builds each transaction and simulates it, then your wallet signs. ## How it decides What an Agent does each round, which checks every open passes, which models it uses, how cost is metered, and what the AI cannot do are all in [How it decides](/how-it-decides). A few rules that never change: - The budget, stop loss and max hold you write are hard limits enforced by a deterministic engine; the Agent only decides within them. - The Agent can only pick from pools that this round's scan actually returned; without a usable decision it doesn't open, and it never falls back to "take the top one". - Protective exits such as stop loss or a token turning unsafe run in the engine; the AI can't veto them. - The Agent can choose but never sign: every open passes safety checks before a separate service signs. - Every transaction that moves funds is simulated before sending, and isn't sent if the simulation fails.
